Which course do you need depends very much on what you wish to do. To work on a Door you need the Front Line Door Supervisors course which will also allow you to do Reception and Security Guarding.
To work on CCtv you need the CCTV course .
If however you want to work on a bar but just want to know how to react you can doo the Award in Conflict Management.
