Successful completion of the BIIAB Level 2 Introduction to Licensed Retail Operations can be utilised as a base from which to progress to the BIIAB Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality and/or the BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Licensed Hospitality. The BIIAB Level 2 Introduction to Licensed Retail Operations is assessed by short, closed book examination which uses multiple-choice questions. The course usually comprises two days training.
