Leadership & Management is a new initiative managed by TCHC on behalf on Train To Gain. It is directed at senior management or owners and is immensly flexible with the major criteria being
"Will it add to the business?"
It should only apply to one or two people but as we said it is flexible, and never be afraid to ask!

L & M will fund the first £500 and match fund the second £500 with the employer so if the training you require costs £800 in total you can get a grant of £500 plus £150 ( half of the extra £300). £1,500 gets you the full £1,000 grant.
